No one was hurt in a fire at 215 High St. at the Ferry Landing Condominiums early Sunday morning.

The occupants of two units at the 15-unit development were displaced by water and smoke damage, said South Portland Fire Department Lt. Robb Couture.

Firefighters arrived at the scene at 12:41 a.m. and had the fire under control by 1:45 a.m.

Damage was estimated at $150,000.

The cause of the fire, which started in a wall on the third floor of one of the units, is under investigation. It is not considered suspicious, Couture said.
