
Hall has 13 years of experience with managing the construction and rehabilitation of water and wastewater systems across the state. In his new position at Maine Water, he is responsible for 22 employees that manage and operate the water treatment plant in Biddeford, and the water distribution system in Biddeford, Saco, Old Orchard Beach and Scarborough.
He will oversee the division’s capital budget, which is expected to be over $2.5 million for 2016, as the company continues to replace aging infrastructure throughout the area.
Maine Water serves 32,000 customers, or a population of 100,000, in over 20 communities throughout the state of Maine.
