SANFORD — Georgia McDonald Chapman, 96, of Sanford, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2016, in Portland after a short illness.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at First Baptist Church in Springvale with the Rev. Michael Lauziere officiating. Burial will be in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery in South Waterboro.
