Charles “Chuck” Gardner, who has been representing The Forecaster and Sun Media Group publications in Freeport and the mid-coast, will also be representing the Tri-Town Weekly and Current Publishing’s other publications.

The change comes as a result of the recent merger between Current Publishing and The Forecaster.

Gardner has been serving the advertising needs of Freeport and mid-coast customers for more than 15 years. Gardner, who lives in Brunswick, has been with The Forecaster for 23 years.

“I am really excited to have someone representing the Tri-Town Weekly and Current Publishing who has such extensive experience with businesses in the area,” said Lee Hews, Current Publishing publisher.

Ann Duddy, who had filled the position temporarily, will resume her full-time focus on businesses in the Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth and South Portland area.

“I am very happy to have the opportunity to meet my customers needs with the outstanding array of Current Publishing products,” said Gardner, “and to maintain the level of service they have come to expect from Ann.”
