NEW HIRES
Business Lending Solutions has hired Al Moroney as loan officer in Midcoast Maine, and welcomed back Will Hatt as senior vice president and chief operating officer.
Moroney has more than 30 years of banking and lending experience. He was previously a senior loan officer at Coastal Enterprises Inc.
Hatt has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was most recently the senior vice president and senior commercial lender at Skowhegan Savings Bank.
PROMOTIONS
Baker Newman Noyes has elected Jeffrey Wheeler, CPA, as director of audit, effective Jan. 1.
Wheeler, a principal in BNN’s Manchester office, joined the firm nearly 14 years ago. He specializes in family businesses, private equity and venture-backed entities in the manufacturing, distribution, technology and service sectors.
Amy Chasse and Jeffrey Raab joined the partner group of Runyon Kersteen Ouellette.
Chasse has worked at RKO for 14 years. She specializes in the tax and commercial side of the firm’s practice. She also assists the municipal department through her work with various cities, towns and school districts.
Raab joined RKO in 2011 with 13 years of experience from two different New Hampshire-based firms. He also specialized in the tax and commercial side of the firm’s practice. He has assisted with several of the firm’s nonprofit audits and employee benefit plan tax filings.
The firm also promoted the following employees in its South Portland office: Josh Kochis to supervisor; Lauren Dunn to senior accountant; Chris Healey and Jess Woods to in-charge accountants; and Eben Bradley, Nicole Favreau, Megan Story and Kate Wypyski to staff accountants.

Bishop helps clients organize their personal finances and align their financial decisions with their goals. She brings 18 years of experience as a certified public accountant.
