Linda MacDonald, Elise Kiely and Mary Libby have joined Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty in Portland as a senior vice presidents.
MacDonald, of Falmouth, has practiced real estate in Maine for more than a decade.
Kiely, of Falmouth, was a successful litigator in Washington, D.C., and Maine for 10 years. She started developing and investing in real estate, which eventually led to a high-end real estate brokerage practice.
Libby, of Cape Elizabeth, has practiced real estate in Maine for more than a decade. She has consistently been one of the top performing agents in Greater Portland with a focus on high-value properties and the coastal communities in Cumberland County.
Legacy Properties also welcomed Mary Jean Labbe to its brokerage team in York County.
Labbe, of Kittery Point, brings extensive experience with the Sotheby’s brand, luxury residential properties and global marketing venues.
Town and Shore Associates has hired Lucy Flight as an associate broker/owner.
Portside Real Estate Group has hired Edie Fontaine and Maureen Zemrak.
They brings more than 15 years of experience and consistently rank among the top in the industry.

The Manchester Team of Keller Williams Realty was recently recognized for being first in listings sold units in the New England Region for 2015.
The real estate team helped 166 families buy and sell homes in 2015 and is on track to surpass that number this year.
