A water main break that disrupted traffic on Broad Cove Road in Cape Elizabeth was repaired by 7:45 p.m. Friday, according to the Portland Water District website.

A break in an 8-inch main near 23 Broad Cove Road led the Portland Water District to close the road while making repairs.

Traffic was rerouted for hours down Two Lights Road, the district said.
