Concert series
The January Sunday Concert Series takes place at 2 p.m. Light refreshments are served after each event. All concerts are free to the public. Concerts include:
Jan. 24, Saco Valley County Men at Atria Kennebunk.
Jan. 31, David Worobec for his first ever debut Tophet Toy Theatre Performance, “Camelot.” Worobec was recently featured in Down East Magazine and has performed many Broadway renditions at Atria.
“Resident Appreciation Month” Specialty Events
January Health Seminar: Wednesday, Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. For those with a family member or loved one with Alzheimer’s or are seeking a supportive atmosphere, a group meeting will be held at Atria Kennebunk by Life Guidance Director, Susan Bertin and guest speaker, DeeDee Grantz from Amedisys Home Care. Participants are encouraged to call ahead of time with any questions and to RSVP at 985-5866. The meeting will take place in Atria’s private dining room.
Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 3 p.m.
Jim Dodge’s New Hampshire Theatre Company, “Senior Moments” will perform at Atria Kennebunk in honor of Resident Appreciation Month. The show will consist of everyday life situations that seniors go through and or think about. This show will make for a fun filled and lighthearted afternoon.
