A Standish man is under arrest after allegedly breaking into J. Brothers Variety in Cumberland, the same store that he was accused of burglarizing in 2012.
Vincent Lombardi II, 43, was arrested early Tuesday when officers responded to a burglar alarm at the Route 100 sandwich stop and convenience store. Officers found Lombardi a short distance from the store and charged him with burglary, criminal mischief, theft, possession of burglar’s tools and violating bail conditions.
Lombardi was being held without bail pending an appearance in Cumberland County Unified Criminal Court on Wednesday.
