GRAY — Isabelle DeTroy had 12 points, seven assists and five steals while leading Gray-New Gloucester to a 46-44 win over Wells in a Class B girls’ basketball game Saturday.

Wells (4-5), which trailed by 11 in the third quarter, tied the game in the fourth before GNG (8-2) regained the lead.

Bri Jordan added 10 points for the Patriots and also blocked Wells’ desperation heave at the buzzer.

Allyson O’Brien made three 3-pointers to lead Wells with nine points.

CHEVERUS 60, SCARBOROUGH 57: The Stags (6-5) overcame a 3-pointer at the regulation buzzer by Scarborough’s Jamie Sargent to beat the Red Storm (4-6) in overtime at Portland.

Abby Cavallaro scored 21 points, including four 3-pointers, and Diedre Sanborn added 18 for Cheverus.

Sargent and Sophie Glidden each finished with 14 points for Scarborough.

YORK 66, WESTBROOK 46: Chloe Smedley scored 21 points to lead the Wildcats (10-0) over the Blue Blazes (4-5) in York.

Shannon Todd added 14 points and Lily Posternak had eight steals for York, which led 25-13 after one quarter and 39-24 at halftime.

Alisha Aube scored 24 points for Westbrook.

LAKE REGION 49, CAPE ELIZABETH 35: Kristen Huntress scored 15 points to lead the Lakers (8-1) past the Capers (3-7) in Cape Elizabeth.

Lauren Jakobs added 11 points.

Montana Braxton scored 13 points and Maddie Bowe had 11 for Cape Elizabeth.

YARMOUTH 51, FREEPORT 47: Cory Langenbach scored 20 points to lead the Clippers (5-5) over the Falcons (6-4) at Freeport.

Jessica Kirk added 12 points and Alison Clark had 11 for the Clippers.

Taylor Rinaldi scored 17 points and Kayla Belanger contributed 10 for Freeport, which trailed by 13 entering the fourth quarter.

POLAND 50, SACOPEE VALLEY 35: Sarah Moody drained a 3-pointer after Sacopee Valley (5-6) had pulled to within 39-34 in the fourth quarter, igniting a game-ending 11-1 run by the Knights (4-6) in Poland.

Nathalie Theriault finished with 17 points for Poland.

Annette Humphrey sank three 3-pointers and scored 11 points for the Hawks.

TRAIP ACADEMY 59, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 20: Jessica MacNeill and Marina Casey combined for 20 first-half points as the Rangers (4-7) cruised past the Panthers (1-7) at Kittery.

MacNeill finished with 17 points and Casey added 12.

OLD ORCHARD BEACH 41, RICHMOND 30: The Seagulls (3-6) jumped out to a 16-7 lead in the first quarter lead and held on to beat Bobcats (8-1) at Old Orchard Beach.

Brianne Plante had nine points, four steals and four steals for the Seagulls.

FRYEBURG ACADEMY 39, KENNEBUNK 12: McKenna Gerchman scored eight points and the Raiders (9-1) held the Rams (6-4) to three baskets in a win at Fryeburg.

WAYNFLETE 64, GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 21: Lydia Giguere led the Flyers (3-6) with 16 points in a win over the Lions (5-5) at Portland.

Clarissa Jones scored 17 points for GPCS.

YORK 3, BIDDEFORD 0: Sidney Bouchard’s unassisted goal just 25 seconds into the game started the Wildcats (4-7) on their way to a win over the Tigers (3-9) at Rochester Ice Arena.

Grace Campbell and Sophie Blanchard each added a third-period goal.

ST. DOMINIC ACADEMY 6, EDWARD LITTLE/LEAVITT/POLAND 0: Emma Theriault, Alexandra Hammerton and Avery Lutrzykowski each scored twice as the Saints (9-1) blanked the Red Hornets (7-5-2) at Norway Savings Bank Arena.
