Davis Cushman, 64, of North Waterboro, was summonsed Dec. 16 on Route 77 on a charge of operating after suspension.

Leah Kerwin, 39, of South Portland, was summonsed Dec. 17 on Scott Dyer Road on charges of falsifying private records, stealing drugs and theft.
