KENNEBUNK — The Kennebunk girls basketball team used a 20-7 fourth-quarter run to rally past Leavitt for a 55-52 win on Thursday night. Leavitt held a slim 27-26 lead at halftime, but would used an 18-8 third-quarter edge to take a 10-point lead into the fourth quarter. Gabby Fogg led the Rams (3-1) with 25 points in the win. Madi Lux and Olivia Sandford hauled in nine rebound each and Sierra Tarte added seven assists. Leavitt (2-2) was led by Sarah Gilbert with 18 points.

Kennebunk 60, Leavitt 49
The Kennebunk boys have now won three straight games after an 11- point road win on Thursday. Zach MacKinnon led the Rams (3-1) with 22 points, including four scores from long range. Justin Wiggins added 17 points and Travon Bradford chipped in with 15 for Kennebunk. Eli Calder led Leavitt with 18 points.
Cape El izabeth 61, Biddefor d 39
The Tigers fell behind early and could never recover as they dropped a 61-39 game to the defending Class B state champions. Cape Elizabeth jumped out to a 30- 13 halftime lead, but Biddeford would claw back into the game and cut the deficit to eight on an Alex Millett 3- pointer with one minute left in the third quarter. Unfortunately for Biddeford, the Capers stormed back with a 16-8 fourth-quarter run to seal the victory. Caleb Ball led the Tigers with 11 points. Biddeford, which dropped to 0- 4 with the loss, will host York on Tuesday.
