Brian Page, 42, of Scarborough, was summonsed Dec. 8 on Route 77 on a charge of operating with an expired license.

Erin Sullivan, 38, of Cape Elizabeth was summonsed Dec. 9 on Shore Road on a charge of operating after suspension.

On Dec. 1, a patrolman met with a resident of the Ocean House Road area regarding a criminal trespass complaint.

On Dec. 10, a sergeant met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a theft of a laptop and a mini speaker.

On Dec. 10, a sergeant met with a resident of the Mitchell Road area regarding a gray fox that had fought with the complainant’s dog. The fox was still in the area and was dispatched by the officer and will be sent to the state lab for testing.

On Dec. 11, a sergeant and patrolman responded to the Rand Road area for well-being check.

On Dec. 12, a patrolman responded to a location in the Ocean House Road area for a well-being check.

On Dec. 13, a sergeant and patrolman responded to McAuley Road for a bicyclist without a helmet who had struck the rear of a parked car and was thrown from the bicycle.
