SCARBOROUGH – The Scarborough Public Library will host a community conversation session, Wednesday, Dec. 9, at 6 p.m., co-sponsored by the United Way of Greater Portland and Project GRACE.

The United Way is working with the community to gather input that will be used to establish 10-year goals in education, financial stability and health for the Greater Portland area.
