Bridgton police arrested six people on Kansas Road Thursday night on drug-related charges.

Officers seized more than 25 grams of heroin with scales, baggies, hypodermic needles and cell phones, all consistent with a significant trafficking operation. Also seized were pills, cash and marijuana.

According to a press release issued by Bridgton police Friday, during an investigation by the Bridgton Police Department into heroin distribution a search warrant was obtained for 739 Kansas Road. Officers from Bridgton and Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office executed the warrant Thursday night and arrested six individuals who were in the house at the time.

They included:

• Christina Rummell, 36, of 739 Kansas Road, Bridgton

• John Allen, 35, of 739 Kansas Road Bridgton

• Ryan Benton, 31, of Cumberland

• Colin Grant, 27, of Naples

• McKenna Roberts, 29, of Naples

• Samantha Stoddard, 23, of Bridgton

All six people were transported to the Cumberland County Jail. Rummell and Allen were both charged with trafficking, a Class B felony, and all others have been charged with possession of heroin as well as additional charges.
