She served for more than 10 years as director of planned giving at Bates College. Most recently, she was director of development and outreach at Hospice of Southern Maine.
Rodney Voisine, M.D., was appointed to the office of associate chief medical officer at Community Health Options.
He is board certified in anesthesiology and obesity medicine. He maintains an active practice in South Portland and Augusta.

Island Nursing Home has hired Marjorie Love as its new administrator.
She is a licensed, multilevel long-term care administrator who has worked at nursing homes in Saco, Mechanic Falls and Farmington. She also has more than 40 years of experience managing Maine nonprofits.
She succeeds Marc Plourde, who retired last month.
Bernard Ouellette joined Thomas College as the new executive vice president.
He joins the college after a long career with Hannaford supermarkets, where he most recently served as director, retail strategy implementation. He has extensive experience in strategic development and planning, change management leadership and collaborative leadership.

Brooke Butler and Erin Burgess, of Dehler Animal Clinic in Westbrook, have earned their associate degree’s in veterinary technology from Penn Foster College.
They will now advance in their careers from veterinary assistant to veterinary technician.
