From the Journal Tribune: “(Old Orchard Beach) Council members voted Tuesday night to proceed with Phase One of proposed plans to replace sanitary sewer and storm drainage on East Grant Avenue between Kinney Avenue and Walnut Street. Though the project has been on the town’s radar for several years, financial issues have postponed its undertaking until now.”
