On Friday, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the whereabouts of Michael Minson, the Gray man who was the driver in an accident that killed a 4-year-old in Naples in August.

According to Capt. Don Goulet, Minson had been listed as missing earlier this week by the sheriff’s office. On Friday morning, however, Minson met with an investigator to discuss his disappearance, saying he had been spending time with friends in the York County area.

The motor vehicle crash remains under investigation. Upon completion, the case will be presented to the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office for prosecutorial review, Goulet said.
