Elizabeth Capone, 33, of 3 Jewett Road, Cape Elizabeth, was arrested Sept. 16 on Fowler Road on a charge of violating conditions of release.

Brandon Bushey, 19, of Steep Falls, was summonsed Sept. 21 on Route 77 on a charge of attaching false plates.

On Sept. 16, a patrolman met with a resident of Portland regarding a motor vehicle burglary complaint. Taken from the car was a wallet containing a credit cards and a personal check.

On Sept. 17, a detective met with a resident in the Scott Dyer Road area regarding a theft of money.

On Sept. 18, a patrolman met with a resident of the Spurwink Avenue area regarding a criminal threatening complaint.

On Sept. 19, a sergeant met with a subject at the police department who turned over a found checkbook. The owner was contacted.

On Sept. 19, a patrolman responded to a resident in the Broad Cove area for a well-being check.

On Sept. 20, a patrolman met with a resident of the Cottage Farms Road area regarding the theft of a bicycle. The bike is described as a black and gray Haro mountain bike.
