Karen A. Jones, 49, of Bath, Maine, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015, after an ongoing battle with cancer. Karen was born in Bath, Maine, on Sept. 19, 1965, the daughter of Judith Tondreau and Lafayette Wallace.

Karen most enjoyed the time she spent with her family and friends. She was a devoted and loving mother, daughter, meme, sister and friend. She loved just packing up her car and heading to the beach for the day, camping trips with her family at Whites Beach, and just random car rides to wherever her drive took her. She was an amazing person. Always had a smile on her face that could light up a room no matter what she was going through herself. Her strength and courage with her day-to-day struggles was an inspiration to a lot of people. She was a very religious woman and her faith in God was tremendous.

Karen is predeceased by her father, Lafayette Wallace.

She is survived by her husband Jay. Her two sons, Christopher and Brandon. Her three daughters, Amanda, Chelsea and Brittainy. Two stepchildren Aaron and Stephanie. Her mother, Judith and her stepfather George. Her three brothers, Nate, Lafay and Kevin, and her two sisters, Patty and Kathleen, and her 12 grandchildren, Haley, Caleb, Madison, Carrissa,

Caley, Zoey, Kylie, Noah, Aden, Meah, Kassidi and Khristian. As well as many nieces and nephews.
