
She was born in Portland on April 7, 1942, the daughter of James Edward and Marilyn Seavey Norton. She graduated from Deering High School, class of 1960.
She married Rodney L. Tucker in Portland. Mrs. Tucker retired from Verizon’s where she had worked for many years.
She was predeceased by her sister, Cheryl E. Burns.
Mrs. Tucker is survived by a son, James R. Tucker, his wife Mirechel and her two beloved granddaughters, Ailish and Kiesha Tucker, all of Old Orchard Beach.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday at Brackett Funeral Home, 29 Federal St., Brunswick. Friends may visit from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Falmouth. Condolences to the family may be expressed at www.brackettfuneralhome.com.
