Updates will be given on the project to date and what is planned for the next steps. There will also be a question-and-answer time.

Assessing staff inspections begin

The Yarmouth Assessing staff will be conducting an interior and exterior inspection of town properties. The inspections include a short walk through the home interiors and measurements of the exterior of the buildings to verify if the town’s information is correct. No interior photos will be taken.

The assessors will have proper identification from the Cumberland County Regional Assessor’s Office and will have shirts/coats noting “County Assessing.” For a schedule, www.yarmouth.me.us.
