Phyllis worked at BIW for 30 years in the pipe covering department.
She is survived by daughters Leilani Waller of Woolwich and Lynette Hanna of Bath, eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a sister Norma Flaherty of Maryland, and a brother Robert Brewer of North Carolina.
A private celebration of life will be held.
