SOUTH PORTLAND — The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Maine offices in Brunswick, Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunkport, Portland and Saco recently hosted a celebration to recognize the achievements of their affiliated sales associates and to kick off the year and spring season of the real estate market.
Approximately 100 affiliated sales associates attended the celebration at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in South Portland. The event featured Pat Villani, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, who presented awards to the topperforming sales associates.
Honored as the top agents in Maine for total units sold and adjusted gross commission earned were: Bryce Hamilton of Portland; Jane and Garry Smith of Portland; Leo Bourgeault and his team, Leo’s Sold Team of Saco; and Betsy Ames-Fitzgerald of Kennebunkport. Also honored for total units sold were Cathy Thibeault of Brunswick and Dari Hurley of Brunswick and for adjusted gross commission, Jennifer DeSena of Cape Elizabeth.
