BIDDEFORD — Lucienne Nason, 100, of Biddeford, passed away Monday evening on March 23, 2015, at Gosnell Memorial Hospice House.

She was born in Biddeford on Dec. 11, 1914, a daughter of Alfred and Jennie (Foran) Lavalliere. She was educated in Biddeford schools.

In 1951, she married her husband, Gerald C. Nason, in Biddeford. She was a homemaker who enjoyed raising her family. She loved family gatherings, especially around Christmas as the family took rides looking at Christmas lights and enjoying the season.

Her hobbies included shopping and watching black-and-white movies. Most of all, she loved family time, especially with her great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Judge Gerald C. Nason, on Oct. 16, 2000; and by three brothers and seven sisters.

She is survived by: her son, Daniel P. Nason of Biddeford; two grandchildren, Amber Pelletier and her husband George Pelletier Jr. of Saco, and Jeffrey Nason; a sister-in-law, Patricia Descoteaux of Old Orchard Beach; and two great-grandchildren, Kyle and Nyah Pelletier.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Friday, March 27 at St. Anne’s Chapel of St. Joseph’s Church in Biddeford. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Biddeford.
