NEITHER RAIN NOR SNOW will stop Meals on Wheels! Rolling out over 18,000 meals a year from the People Plus Center on Union Street in Brunswick, the Spectrum Generations Meals on Wheels coordinator and team of volunteer drivers changed their schedules this week to accomodate the two storms by offering a single delivery Thursday including one hot meal, several frozen meals and storm packs. We are sad to say goodbye to both Shannon Hall, right, formerly the MOW coordinator, and Noreen Worth, the MOW assistant. People Plus wishes them both luck on their next adventures. And we are excited to welcome back Casey Henson (seen here, at left, holding a storm pack), formerly an intern, who is replacing Hall as the new Meals on Wheels Coordinator for Spectrum Generations in Brunswick.
