JUSTIN DAY does it all at Eveningstar Cinema in Brunswick, from changing the independent movie theater’s marquee to selling popcorn and candy. “They were hiring four years ago and I lucked into it,” Day said. “It’s a nice place to work and meet cool people.” But the job has changed since Day started at Eveningstar.  “When I first started here you did something no one else could do – change reels every 15 minutes and switch projectors,” Day said. But the theater now uses digital projectors, which start with the push of a button.
