Despite bitter cold temperatures, hundreds of winter revelers turned out for Saturday’s annual WinterFest celebration in Scarborough. The family-friendly event, held at the municipal ice rink and high school sports complex, included ice-skating, a snowshoe obstacle course, snow sculpture contest, speed skating, slalom skating, fireworks and more.
