
The next phase of development along the entrance to Brunswick Landing is being publicly presented Tuesday.
Topsham-based Priority Real Estate Group wants to build two office buildings and a bank on Admiral Fitch Drive at the former Brunswick Naval Air Station.
The planning board will decide whether to approve the development’s sketch plan.
The office buildings would be 15,000 and 10,000 square feet. The bank would be 4,000 square feet and have a drivethru.
Plans also include a 195-space parking lot.
All three buildings are two-stories high and would be built on three contiguous lots in the BNAS Reuse District.
The plan has been developed in accordance with Common Development Plan approved by the board in July 2014, according to a Jan. 8 memo from Town Planner Jeremy Doxsee.
That plan paves the way for Priority’s $20 million development of 19 acres near the former base’s main entrance.
In December, the planning board approved preliminary plans for a C.N. Brown combination gas station/convenience store and drive-thru Dunkin’ Donuts to be built on Bath Road near the former base’s entrance.
Sunray Animal Clinic broke ground in 2014 on a new facility, and plans to be up and running this year.
Priority Group has invested millions of dollars in property at the former base.
Priority’s Jim Howard said last year that redevelopment near the main entrance is meant to serve as a gateway to the rest of Brunswick Landing.
The planning board meets Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall council chambers.
