SCARBOROUGH – Now through Wednesday, Jan. 7, the Scarborough Police Department is encouraging residents to replace one, or all, of their outside lights with a blue light bulb to honor all those in law enforcement who have died in the line of duty. Those who wish to support the police department can also post a blue light or candle on their personal Facebook page.
