The American Red Cross is presenting a number of blood drives throughout the Mid-coast region during December.
Eligible donors with all types are needed, especially those with O negative, A negative and B negative.
Upcoming blood donation drives include:
. Wednesday, Dec. 17 — from 1-6 p.m. at Freeport Community Center, located at 53 Depot St. in Freeport
. Monday, Dec. 22 — from noon to 6 p.m. at Mason United 8, located at 65 Baribeau Dr. in Brunswick
To donate, download the American Red Cross Blood Donor App, visit redcrossblood.org or call (800) 733- 2767 to make an appointment or for more information.
