SCARBOROUGH – The town of Scarborough is postponing its tree lighting and Santa in the Park event due to Saturday’s inclement weather forecast. All events have been moved to Sunday, Dec. 7 at the same time.

The schedule is as follows:

5 p.m.: Wagon ride to the Memorial Park. Please park at the high school

5:15 p.m.: Santa arrives by fire truck

5:20 p.m.: Tree lighting

5:25 p.m.: Meet with Santa

6:30 p.m.: Fireworks

Event also includes free hot chocolate and more. Attendees are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for Project G.R.A.C.E.
