Summons

Ronald Munger, 48, of Cape Elizabeth, was summonsed Oct. 31 on a charge of criminal trespass in a dwelling.

Calls

On Oct. 27, a patrolman observed a scooter and small hockey net on the grass near the public works department. Items were returned to the station for safe-keeping.

On Oct. 29, a sergeant met with a resident of the Broad Cove area who had received a phone call from a subject giving a name of Barry Foster and speaks a Nigerian sounding accent and claiming to be from the IRS. The complainant hung up on the caller. Other area residents reported receiving the same call.

On Oct. 29,a sergeant met with a Cape Elizabeth school bus driver regarding a vehicle that had passed his bus while he was discharging children. The owner of the car was identified and issued a summons.

On Oct. 29, a detective met with a resident of the Fowler Road area regarding a criminal trespass complaint.

On Nov. 1, a sergeant met with a resident of the Two Lights Road area regarding a trespass complaint.

On Nov. 2, a patrolman met with a resident of the Eastman Road area regarding a parking complaint.
