TOPSHAM — A picturesque pumpkin patch is open each day throughout the month at Mid-Coast Presbyterian Church.

In addition to the gourds, there will be a variety of baked goods and craft items for sale.

The patch is open daily through Halloween, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pumpkins are priced according to size. Bring the kids for some picture taking opportunities.

Pumpkins grown for this event provide employment for Native Americans on the Navajo Reservation in Farmington, N.M.

Mid-Cost Presbyterian Church is located at 84 Main St. For more information, call the church at 729-3193.
