TOPSHAM — The Town of Topsham has announced polls — for the state general and referendum election — will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, in the in the Exhibition Building at the Topsham Fair Grounds, located at 20 Fairgrounds Road.
The registrar of voters office, in the town clerk’s office at 100 Main St., will be open from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, to register new voters, and correct names and addresses of voters already on the list.
Absentee ballots for the election are available at the town clerk’s office during regular business hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.
