BIDDEFORD — William W. Ouellette, who died in 1991, was disinterred on Sept. 16, 2014 from Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco.
William was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, who served in the African Campaign, D-Day and throughout the Rhineland area. He received three Purple Hearts and three Bronze Stars for his actions.
He will be re-interred at the Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery in Springvale on Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 11 a.m. with full military honors, supported by several veterans’ organizations.
