Natalie’s at the Camden Harbour Inn is bringing Dennis van den Beld, executive chef at the Netherlands’ Relais & Chateaux hotel Landgoed Het Roode Koper, to Maine for a seven-course dinner Oct. 9. The evening will begin with a champagne and hors d’oeuvre reception at 6 p.m.

Van den Beld previously worked at De Lindenhof, a Dutch restaurant with two Michelin stars. He will work alongside Chris Long and Shelby Stevens, Natalie’s co-executive chefs, to present a tasting menu with an emphasis on seafood and local produce.

The event is in celebration of the 60th anniversary of Relais & Chateaux this month. Relais & Chateaux properties around the world are celebrating the anniversary with special tasting menus.

The inn is offering a two-night package for guests who would like to join the chefs in a sunset sail cruise on Oct. 8, the day before the dinner. For more information, visit camdenharbourinn.com.
