Brunswick Police are looking for a young man who tried to rob a resident at 66 Union St. in Brunswick at 8:22 a.m. Saturday.

Police said the resident was approached in his driveway by a man wearing a mask who demanded money while displaying a knife.

The suspect fled on foot when the resident said he did not have any money.

The suspect is described as white, in his late teens to early 20s, between 5-foot-10 and 6 feet and with a thin to medium build. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and jeans. The nylon mask may have had a skeleton design.

Brunswick Police have asked anyone with information to call Detective Sgt. Marty Rinaldi or Officer Brian Funke at 725-5521.
