Georgeann Kuhl and her husband, Condon, started The Gallery at Widgeon Cove in Harpswell 1988. Kuhl, a painter most of her life, combines papermaking techniques with her painting skills to create paintings using paper pulp. Her work has been featured in exhibitions in the U.S. and abroad. Before moving to Maine, Kuhl was director of education and assistant director of The Des Moines Art Center in Iowa.
