SCARBOROUGH – Portland Police have arrested Matthew Tozier, 35, on an outstanding warrant issued by the Scarborough Police Department, according to a press release.

The warrant charges Tozier with two counts of misdemeanor burglary to a motor vehicle and one count of felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The incidents occurred on Clover Leaf Lane in July of 2013.

According to the press release, Tozier was identified as a suspect during the original criminal investigation. He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Jail with bail of $2,500.
