BRUNSWICK — Bowdoin College has issued a security warning about a man who has been seen on college property since the spring.

According to a security alert issued on the college website, Wesley James Real, 25, was issued a criminal trespass warning by Brunswick Police Aug. 2 that bars him from all Bowdoin property. He is also prohibited from all town parks and recreational facilities.

According to the college, Real was seen a number of times since then and may have “engaged in indecent conduct on wooded trails near the Pickard Athletic Fields and in the Bowdoin Pines.” Real who is from the Brunswick- Topsham area, is usually seen riding a bicycle, according to the college.

The college is asking that Real not be approached, should he be encountered, and that Brunswick Police or Bowdoin’s Office of Safety and Security be notified.
