7/25 at 9:28 p.m. William Jacklin, 78, of Woodbury Street, was arrested on Woodbury Street by Officer Michael Pierce on charges of domestic violence assault and refusing to submit to arrest.

Summonses

7/25 at 1:02 p.m. Mark Luigi, 50, of Ashprington Cove, Austin, Texas, was issued a summons on West Main Street and Hillside Street by Officer Derek Lucas on a charge of operating without a license.

7/25 at 7:35 p.m. Keegan Burke, 23, of Carriage Hill Drive, Windham, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Kerry Fulmer on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
