A Gray man was injured in a fireworks accident on Little Sebago Lake in Gray Saturday night.
Jacob Peterson, 22, was treated and released from Maine Medical Center in Portland after his hand was badly injured while shooting off fireworks in a boat on the lake shortly before midnight, said Cumberland County Deputy Sgt. David Hall.
Peterson was holding a launching tube containing a firework when it exploded in his hand, Hall said.
