On Sunday, June 29, long-time Chamberlain Museum docent Dean Clegg will lead the second in Pejepscot Historical Society’s Summer History Walking Tour Series. Participants will tour Bowdoin College, visiting campus sites significant to General Joshua Chamberlain, who was a student, professor and president of the college. He is pictured above, third from left, at Commencement, circa 1911. The tour will depart at 1 p.m. from the Chamberlain Museum, located at 226 Maine St. in Brunswick.
