Camp Sunshine earns award stemming from user reviews
Camp Sunshine has earned a prestigious 2014 Top-Rated Award by GreatNonprofits, a top provider of user reviews about nonprofit organizations.
Camp Sunshine operates year-round on the shores of Sebago Lake and provides weeklong respites at no charge to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families.
The award was based on the large number of positive reviews that Camp Sunshine received from those who have had direct experience with the organization, including reviews written by volunteers, donors and clients.
Camp Sunshine also will be included in GreatNonprofits’ #GivingTuesday Guide, an interactive guide to top nonprofits throughout the years that is due to be released later this year.
