The following are cases heard in Sagadahoc county courts between April 1 and April 15 of this year.

Michael A. Alexander, 28, of Richmond, guilty of failure to stop, remain, or provide information, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 8.

Logan Allen, 28, of Waldoboro, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $450 fine, adjudicated; a charge of transportation of drugs by a minor, were pled to other charges for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 23.

Lynn W. Archer, 57, of Warren, guilty of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over the speed limit, $350 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 27.

Sean Barker, 28, of Richmond, guilty by default, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 16.

Carl Beckim, 29, of Wiscasset, guilty of obstructing the reporting of a crime, sentenced to six months in jail, all but five days suspended, stayed until April 4, 2014, two years probation, $469.99 restitution; two charges of criminal mischief were pled to other charges for an incident in Richmond on Jan. 31.

Martha Bell, 52, of Blue Hill, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Feb. 18.

Charles L. Berry, 34, of Topsham, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine; a charge of displaying a suspended driver’s license was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 31.

Geraldine Blake, 69, of Richmond, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Richmond on April 2.

Tanya, J. Boudreau, 32, of Brooks, guilty of operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but six months suspended, one year probation, license suspended for three years; a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked — OUI was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 4.

Angelina Lyn Brewin, 25, of Bowdoinham, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license — with conditions or restrictions, $100 fine, for an incident tin Bowdoinham on Mar. 5.

Anthony R. Brown, 24, of Chelsea, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 28.

Chance Brown, 25, of Litchfield, operating an unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine, offense committed, for an incident in Richmond on Feb. 22.

Garrett T. Brown, 19, of South China, guilty by default, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine; guilty by default, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 21.

Joseph Brown, 58, of Bowdoinham, guilty of disorderly conduct, using offensive words or gestures, $150 fine; charges of domestic violence assault, obstructing the reporting of a crime and domestic violence terrorizing were pled to other charges for an incident in Richmond on Jan. 6; a charge of violating condition of release was pled to another charge for an incident in Richmond on Jan. 22.

Robert Bruce, 19, of West Bath, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 28.

Javon M. Buckingham, 19, of Brunswick, the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, adjudicated; a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on Jan. 18.

Stuart G. Bull, 43, of Augusta, guilty of assault, $300 fine, sentenced to 30 days in jail; charges of reckless conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Aug. 1, 2013; guilty of disorderly conduct, using offensive words or gestures, sentenced to 30 days in jail, charges of criminal mischief and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force were pled to other charges, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Aug. 11, 2013; charges of criminal trespass, violating condition of release, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, using physical force, for an incident in Bowdoinham, on Sept. 18, 2013.

Eric N. Carrigan, 32, of West Gardiner, guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, with priors, $750 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Feb. 28.

Jamar J. Carter, 31, of Augusta, guilty of the sale or use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, for an incident in West Bath on Mar. 6.

Douglas M. Cimon, 28, of Woodville, guilty of possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Feb. 16.

Denise M. Clark, 43, of Orono, a charge of failure to register a vehicle, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Richmond on Feb. 15.

Joseph P. Cloutier, 32, of Bowdoinham, guilty of operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Bath on Feb. 28.

Christopher R. Cressey, 31, of Woolwich, guilty of operating an ATV on a public way, $150 fine; a charge of operating an unregistered ATV was pled to another charge, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 12.

Julie R. Crowe, 35, of Bowdoinham, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, with priors, sentenced to 20 days in jail, stayed until Aril 14, 2014, for an incident in Bath on Jan. 31. Joshua M. Davidson, 31, of Lewiston, a charge of operating a vehicle while license suspended or revoked, was dismissed, for an incident in West Bath on Feb. 1.

Matthew C. Derocher, 32, of Bangor, guilty of aggravated assault, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for seven years, all but two years suspended, three years probation, for an incident in Topsham on Nov. 7, 2013.

Hugh M. Dyer, Jr., 26, of Richmond, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months, all suspended, two years probation, $1713.93 restitution, for an incident in Richmond on Dec. 15, 2013.

Dustin Emerson, 18, of Woolwich, guilty of operating a snowmobile on a public way, $100 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 5.

Aaron M. Gagnon, 22, of Bath, operating an ATV on a public way, $100 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 5.

Steven K. Gerow, 30, of Woolwich, guilty of driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended for 30 days; a charge of operating under the influence, one prior, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bath on May 30, 2013.

Michael J. Graffam, 40, of Bath, guilty of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, sentenced to two years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, stayed until April 15, 2014, two years probation, $100 restitution, for an incident in Bath on Nov. 18, 2013.

Ethan J. Green, 33, of Bowdoin, the sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 27.

Randy Haines, Jr., 18, of Bowdoin, a minor transporting liquor, $100 fine, adjudicated, license suspended for 30 days, for an incident in West Bath on Mar. 9.

William J. Hamm, Jr., 30, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $150 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Feb. 20.

Kallie Harkins, 22, of Woolwich, guilty of disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $150 fine, for an incident in Bath on June 22, 2013.

Donna J. Harmon, 50, of Guilford, guilty by default, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine, for an incident in Richmond on Jan. 15.

Morgan R. Hatherley, 22, of Lisbon, guilty of operating under the influence, $800 fine, sentenced to 72 hours in jail, stayed until Oct. 31, 2014, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Topsham on Jan. 25.

Elisa M. Hawkes, 54, of Nobleboro, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Mar. 5.

Daniel A. Johns, 18, of Woolwich, operating an ATV on a public way, $150 fine, offense committed; a charge of operating an unregistered ATV was pled to another charge, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 14.

Jason B. Kaylie, 39, of Malden, Mass., a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on July 2, 2013.

Brian T. Krushensky, 23, of Lisbon Falls, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $250 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 11.

Kristopher M. Kruswick, 34, of Woolwich, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine, for an incident in Woolwich on Mar. 15.

Claudio Latanza, 65, of Camden, a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over the speed limit was pled to another charge, for an incident in Topsham on July 19, 2013.

Adam Long, 26, of Lincoln, a charge of possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, was pled to another charge, for an incident in Bowdoinham on Feb. 22.

Justin MacNeil, 18, of Woolwich, operating a snowmobile on a public way, $100 fine, adjudicated, for an incident in Woolwich on Feb. 5.

Kevin M. O’Connor, 32, of Harpswell, guilty of failure to register a vehicle, $150 fine, for an incident in Topsham on Feb. 2.

Pamela Owen, 54, of Bowdoinham, guilty of attaching false plates, $100 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on Mar. 17.
