PORTLAND — Police Chief Michael Sauschuck and state Rep. Diane Russell, D-Portland, will be part of a panel discussion on youth marijuana use on Wednesday, March 19, at 6:30 p.m.

The forum, moderated by Shannon Moss, will be held in the Rines Auditorium at the Portland Public Library, 5 Monument Way. Sauschuck and Russell will be joined by Scott Gagnon of Smart Approaches to Marijuana, Grainne Dunn of the Maine ACLU and Mike Freysinger of Youth Move.
