LIMINGTON — Fire marshals on Saturday arrested Karl Maine, 57, of Wells, and charged him with arson in connection with a fire last month at his wife’s restaurant.
Jake’s Diner on Route 25 in Limington was heavily damaged by fire on Feb. 12. Maine was arrested Saturday morning at his home in Wells, said Maine Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland. He said Maine was taken to York County Jail in Alfred and bail was set at $10,000.
