NEW DELHI (AP) — Police say a passenger train has derailed in western India, killing at least two people and injuring 25 others.

Police officer Bhaskar Jadhav says three train coaches jumped the tracks today near Nashik, 100 miles north of Mumbai, India’s financial and entertainment capital.

The cause of the accident was not immediately known.
