ORONO — The University of Maine is hosting a conference for school administrators, counselors and faculty on the topic of bullying.
Friday’s event at the university’s Wells Conference Center in Orono will focus on working with students that experience bullying.
Topics will include bullying prevention and intervention, hazing in high school and legal issues surrounding bullying.
The university says more than 250 school counselors, faculty, UMaine students and staff attended last year’s conference.
